The big bang theory, Lyrics of the theme song

I have watched an American TV show "The big bang theory" for a couple of weeks.
I like the starting music of the sitcom so I think I want to understand fully the lyrics.
(personal note: sitcom is the abbreviation (acronym?) of situation comedy)

I referred to this YouTube video.

働くみんなが"経営者”

2013年2月7日のクローズアップ現代。

協同労働に関するお話。

雇用主への労働の対価として報酬を得る仕組みとは違って、全員が経営者として活動する形態のこと。

雇用難のいま、こういう働き方で規模が大きくなっているとこもあるらしく、注目を浴びているみたい。

地域の豆腐屋さんとか、お年寄りのために弁当宅配サービスとかお年寄りが集まれる場所を用意したりとか、地域に根差しているのも特徴らしい。

スペインにもモンドラゴンという協同労働の大きな組織があるらしい。

協同労働は大きな規模だと成り立たん気がした。
でも、ローカルの単位でそれぞれが独立採算でそれぞれが経営の判断をしているようで、こうすればこういう組織も成り立つんだって解説されていた。

雇用を守ることも目的としているらしいので、雇われない人とか非正規雇用の人とかにとっても魅力的な働き方になり得る。

さらに、雇われているという感覚はなかなか消えないけど、こういう働き方なら働く意味も見いだせてポジティブになれる。

今のところは協同労働は法人格が得られないみたい。
今後法人格が得られればもっと良い方向に向かうのかもしれない。

ゲーミフィケーション Gamification

2012年1月25日のクローズアップ現代。

ゲーミフィケーションが社会に広がる様子をレポートしている。

例えばマツダの燃費を競うゲーム。
試乗しにくる人が3倍になったとか。

Nike +GPSも紹介されていた。自分も使ってるけど、これはおもろい。

シンクスマイルていう会社も紹介されてた。
報酬や業績での尺度よりも、他人に評価されたいという願望を満たす仕掛け。
確かに今の時代に合ってるかな。バッジを他者にもらったりあげたりすることで仕事へのモチベーションが上がる仕組みになっているみたい。


未解明のタンパク質の構造解析を世界のゲーマーが解き明かしたニュースも出てた。
エイズ治療薬につながるらしい。

構造をPC上でてきとうにいじれるようなゲームで、安定な構造に近づくほど点数が高くなるゲームに仕立て上げたことがミソ。プレーヤーは高得点を目指していじっていくだけ。コンピュータの網羅的な解析よりも人間の空間認識力を結集した方が良いという考えが背景らしい。

問題となっているケースもあった。
イギリスで監視カメラの映像を公開して、万引きを見つけたら通報して、報酬をもらえるという仕組み。これは、第3者に見られるのが嫌だ、という人がいることと、犯罪を止めているとはいえそういうことをゲーム感覚でやっていいのか、という懸念が挙がっているみたい。

現在はどちらかというとネガティブな意味のゲーム感覚という言葉が、これからはポジティブな意味に変わって言ってほしい、といって濱野智史さんは結んでいた。


確かに色々何かに使えそう。仕事に生かせるかな。。分からん。
